The expression (The Seller) shall mean Waterbeds Direct - All contracts
made by Waterbeds Direct for the sale of goods and services shall
be deemed to include these Terms and Conditions.
All goods shall be of first quality, unless otherwise stated, and
where offered, subject to guarantees. If any product does not meet
quality standards the Buyer must notify the Seller at the earliest
convenient date, which must not exceed seven days. All deliveries
must be signed for and inspected at time of delivery. Returned goods
that are defective may, at the discretion of the Seller, be either
accepted for credit, replaced or repaired.
Payment may be made by Credit Card.
Waterbeds Direct deliver their beds and accessories throughout mainland
England - Wales in most instances installation is also included.
An average installation can take 1-3 hours. Of necessity the Seller
must take reasonable allowances for scheduling delivery to the Buyer.
Every effort will be made by the Seller to deliver to the buyer
on an agreed date. However, the Seller accepts no liability if,
due to unforeseen difficulties, an agreed date cannot be met. The
Buyer will be notified at the soonest convenient time if an alterative
time is necessary.
If the Buyer is unable to keep an agreed delivery date then he/she
must notify the Seller at least seven days in advance. Failure to
accept delivery at an agreed time may, at the discretion of the
Seller, make the Buyer liable to an additional delivery charge at
a date chosen by the Seller.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with English law and shall be subject to the exclusion jurisdiction
of the English Courts.
The terms and conditions included here are in addition to and do
not in any way effect your statutory or other rights of consumer
purchases.
